Our prices are reasonable and depend on the quantity and quality of the estate.
All estate sales are paid on a reasonable commission base only.

What kind of appraisals are offered?

 A verbal appraisal is offered for individual items or collections

A formal certified written appraisal which can also be given for individual items or collections

What estate sale options do you offer?

A New Beginning Estate Sales & Appraisals offers a free consultation, we look at what is for sale, then upon setting  date we clean , stage and prep the home to have an estate sale. If there is specialty items we do put a reserve on those higher end items, upon completion of a professional estate sale we empty the home of contents for the home could be sold or rented out. A statement is provided for the client of what sold and a check is rendered payment. We take the stress out of your hands from beginning to end.

How much does an appraisal cost?

$30.00 per item or collections at a special rate
written appraisals are $150.00 per hour
